The Florida Lottery operates 9 District Offices throughout the State of Florida. These offices provide Lottery information and assistance to the public, including Winner Claim Forms and payouts for prizes of $600 to $250,000. Prizes of less than $600 do not require the completion of a Winner Claim Form and can be redeemed at Lottery Retailers. The Florida Lottery is closing its Headquarters and all district offices to the public beginning Monday, March 23 until further notice to protect players and employees.
